Fantastic agency, who is always going the extra mile. I have been with this estate agents for nearly a year now and I have to say they are the best estate agents I have been with very professional but also very kind and down to earth. There has been a few issues with the property that they have been very understanding about and are helping me to get these resolved. Due to the current situation and my partner being out of work due to covid 19 they have been so supportive and understanding at a very worrying time when we was obviously worried about our financial situation the staff at black horse helped us come to a agreement and kept in contact with us through the whole pandemic.
