I have been looking for a property to rent for months and at the beginning of this process I met Michelle. I could immediately feel I could trust her and the company, which was not the case with any other estate agent. BPS has a family feel to it. With Michelle there is no hard sale, she actually listens and makes an effort to understand what is it the you want. I have been particularly impressed by and grateful for BPS willingness to give me advice and share their expertise even when a property was advertised by a competitor. Michelle is a true professional.
