Been with BTC for over a year now and all I can say is they’ve been really professional with their approach to the tenants they have. Names I’m going to mention specifically are Dilber and Adam. Dilber has been the star for every call made. She’s made me and my family feel at home specially my mum. Any problems within property may it be a small pipe work or a leakage she’s been my first call and I’ve had assistance straight away. Would like to personally thank her as she’s always been so helpful and transparent, and has even made home visits to ensure we as tenants are okay. She’s absolutely amazing! I have been a landlord since 1996 and I never come across such a professional and helpful company as BTC. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Their "guaranteed rent scheme" is fantastic. They ensure I have good tenants in my properties and their hands on management means I don't have to worry as they deal with anything from small problems to major repair issues and I do not have void periods anymore. Their team of builders and handy men also offer good value for money. I have also heard from tenants who speak highly of them and say they are responsive to any problems they have. Over the years BTC have provided a very professional service and have continued to give me the confidence to let them manage my properties. The number one thing with BTC is that RENT IS ALWAYS PAID ON TIME!! Other plus points are they have a dedicated in-house maintenance team which are on call always to carry out general works that your property requires. Letting your property with them gives you access to their expert electrical and plumbing teams who can carry out annual checks and provide relevant certification at good prices. They have staff who can carry out periodical inspections to ensure your property is kept in good condition and being taken care of during the tenancy. Finally, having spoken to my tenants, they never have a bad thing to say about BTC so in general I’m a happy landlord.
