Very helpful with my initial enquiry, matched the perfect property to my requirements, very fast at arranging my viewing. Benga from the the Lettings team was friendly and very helpful at explaining the referencing process. The maintenance team always attended to the small issues in my flat. It was a very swift process at the end of my tenancy and they refunded my full deposit within few days. I would highly recommend Capital Homes and I will definitely rent from them again soon as I will be coming back to UK for another work placement.

I.My boyfriend and I rented one bedroom flat from this agency for over a year and they were pretty reliable. Andrea from the agency was always friendly and responsive, whenever anything broke down the agency quickly sorted it out. At the end of our tenancy agreement, our deposit was returned in full. Most of my dealing was done with Maria, who is an absolutely star. She was consistently helpful, friendly and available throughout what turned into a fairly difficult sale. I don't think the sale would have been successful, had Maria not been so wonderfully diplomatic and willing to go the extra mile throughout.
In my house search, I dealt with a lot of estate agents, and have never met two who have been so outstanding throughout the whole process.
