As a small Landlord for the last 12 years I have most often used CarterJonas to let my property. Once or twice I have wandered to other agents but have not found them satisfactory. CarterJonas are distinguished by their staff who all have a professional and friendly attitude. They find me excellent tenants and are always on time with the paperwork which helps me stay straight with the accountant at the end of the year. I am always given timely notice of legislation changes which will require my compliance and annual reminders for the various safety certificates I have to get. Mine must be a more unusual experience. Firstly, I had been a landlord of properties for many years, that were rented, managed and finally sold by Carter Jonas. So I knew the team. Secondly, I was renting following major surgery, so my energy levels were low and I didn't move into the flat for some days after the tenancy had started. In my situation, when my health was more important than anything else, both Lvizzie and Fiona went out of their way to help me get all the documentation signed, including those signed on line. Oh how I prefer the old quill pen, when one was able to put pen to paper and your signature looked like your signature! Would I recommend them ? Unhesitatingly.

In the final steps of moving in, I popped in to the Carter Jonas offices last week to get my passport photocopied. During this process, I had a jokey chat with an extremely helpful lady about Google Reviews and how often people praise their Negotiator Izzie in these things. It's not difficult to understand why. I've dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and whilst all are professional, courtesy and helpful, it's difficult not to come to the conclusion that they are there to make the sale and that your happiness and satisfaction is secondary to their personal financial game. Izzie isn't like this. Izzie comes across as an honest, caring individual who has the #1 priority of ensuring that tenant and landlord are completely happy and satisfied with everything. She is not afraid to offer her honest opinions about a property and if she does not feel the property is right for you, she will tell you as such. Thanks to Izzie, my young family (we have a 1 year old) have now moved in to an amazing new house and we couldn't be happier. Izzie is a credit to Carter Jonas, and if the rest of the staff there are anywhere near as helpful as she is, then they are on to a winner. If you want to delve in to the property market, these are the agents to work with.
