I have had Castles Estates as my estate agents for two years now and they have been absolutely brilliant! We have had a fair amount of flat issues including electrical problems, plumbing and furniture queries, all of which have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I was most in contact with David, who deals with these sorts of issues, and he has been fantastic! Replies to emails within the hour, and constantly keeps you updated with when the contractor will be coming out etc. and likes to check in to make sure everything has been fixed. Excellent service -Castle Estates managed a new tenancy for my property, when another agency was unable to secure tenants. They were extremely responsive to request access, view the property and take photos to show it looking at its best. The photos were uploaded onto their site and they sourced suitable tenants, performed background checks and we signed all the paperwork. I really appreciated their professional approach, availability to problem solve and keep me in the loop.
