We had rented a studio apartment in Westminster through Chase Apartments. We found them to be reasonable and communicative across the duration of our association. We were also fortunate to have a wonderful landlord who instantly resolved a few urgent repairs with some of the furniture when we moved in. Our stay over 1.5 years was comfortable and moving out checks were conducted by the landlord herself. We had to follow up a couple of times for the refund, but Chase remained communicative and refunded the full deposit amount. Would be a pleasure to deal with them again in future when we move home next.

Having dealt with several letting agencies in London, I can say that Chase are easily the best. They are pleasant to deal with, never tried to rush us into anything or charge us any hidden fees, and provided a reliable and personable link between us and our landlady when we needed to deal with contract negotiations. Their communication can be a bit slow at times, but usually that's due to them sorting out the issue at their end before replying. If I ever move back to London, I would use Chase again without hesitation.

Recently, during our holiday to London, we organised to stay in an apartment on Gloucester Street through Chase Apartments. They were very responsive in meeting our needs and professional in providing all the required information prior to our arrival. As described in the Airbnb listing, once we climbed up to the top floor apartment, we were impressed to find a modern, clean and comfortable place to call home, during our stay. The location was amazing, right around the corner from Marylebone Station, it was so convenient to complete day-trips to Stratford-Upon-Avon and Oxford from here. Its central location made it ideal for tourist attractions like Baker Street, Madame Tusauds and the British Museum.
