It was not an easy process due to the house having sat on the market previously, then we got our first offer and then another one with Chestertons. The buyer we went with turned out to be very difficult and eventually pulled out (not without a great fight from Oscar and even the senior central team who stepped in). In all honesty, Chestertons was not the cheapest offer of representation we got, however, a lot of extra time and effort was put in by Oscar throughout - then he pull off a second buyer quite quickly! He was always readily available, responsive, proactive, and invested in our personal situation which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend him.
