We have several properties in West London and have used many agents over the years so have become adept at what can often be sharky waters when it comes to agents. This was our first time using Chestertons and can say it’s been our best experience having used at least five different agents over the years. Rented a one bed flat in Fulham through Hannah Rouse at Chestertons, Fulham Road. Our experience was excellent. Viewings were arranged very quickly and the properties matched our criteria very closely. Communication was efficient and constant between ourselves and the agent, meaning we were fully informed at all times. We required a very fast turnaround and this need was cared for extremely well, with the time from first viewing to moving in being just over 2 weeks. Fees were very reasonable compared to most London estate agents and they even managed to secured us a better rent than advertised. Would recommend.

They were really nice when to sign a contract and to move in. I got no help or interests when I had to move out earlier then the contract ends. My case was forwarded to around 6 different agents to deal with. Every next new agent had no clue what going on. Its probably ok to use Chesterton when you wan to get in to contract. There will be not much help in case you need to do tenancy swap or end the contract early. I was Pregnant in different country bombarded with email from Chestreston. While the people who stayed at the flat had messed up the tenancy swap to which I had nothing to do with.
