Seyed was great with helping us in the process of renting our house through Claremont Estates. He was quick to respond and to help when we needed it and is very kind and focused on the renting process going as smoothly as possible. Even when we had moved in he made sure all was well and was there to answer any questions where needed. I would recommend him to anyone wishing to rent a property!

I had to move to London from abroad for work and Claremont Estate did a great job helping me renting the exact apartment I wanted. Since I was not in UK, I signed the contract without actually viewing the place and when I moved in, it was perfectly the same (even better after being professionaly cleaned and with new furnitures) with the video that I’ve seen. Zak was very responsible, always got back to me asap whenever I had questions, even helped me with utility set-up issues. Would definitely recommend!

Shah was the agent who contacted us after we requested viewing of the property on Right Move. He was very decent and professional. He was on-time for the viewing and the complete letting process was handled by him. After move-in, he is supporting us if there any issues at the property. There was a broken pipe and it was fixed within a day. Good job Shah. However, in the process he didn't answered the phone calls which created panic situation in us. But, it was no intentional...he was in hospital due to medical emergency and could not answer the calls.
