I had a fantastic experience when purchasing via Conran Estates Brockley. My estate agent, Dan, was was honest, credible and sincere unlike some other estate agents. He was excellent at communicating clearly and always responding really fast. I was a first time buyer and a bit clueless about the whole process and as a result often had questions to ask but he was very patient and helpful at all times. I had been warned that the house purchasing process could be very difficult but Conran Estates Brockley facilitated very well and I am now in my first home which I am beyond happy with. They even gave me a little 'welcome pack' when I collected the keys which included some nice treats such as coffee, a bottle of prosecco and some chocolate. It was a lovely surprise and a nice little something to enjoy on my first night in the flat :)
