Very professional with excellent communication. Despite being the buyer, I felt that Conran were genuinely interested in how the process was going for me and always presented as approachable and available. They always responded to my emails in a timely manner and helped to ensure that the process ran smoothly for all. I moved to Conran after my previous estate agent was proving useless and it was the right decision. I was dealt with by Rob who had a strategy planned for me to sell my flat, which indeed worked unlike the other estate agent who tells you to reduce your price if they cannot sell your property. This was not the case with Conran. Joelle was the negotiator I was dealing with, and she was very friendly, helpful and always communicating with me via phone or email. At the end, it all worked out and I am very happy with the service I received from both of them and Conran.

Our experience with Conran has been really positive as a buyer. We were in contact with other agencies and they were not honest with us or they didn’t know anything about the property that they were selling.
