Amended once more - part 3! Been on a wild ride with the Dexters Acton team this last few weeks but they've come back out on top by calling me personally, taking accountability and resolving my difficulties. Long story short: had a fantastic experience at first with Lara, then a communication which put up red flags. Billy called me personally to talk through and ensured the matter was at hand. I'm pleased to say it was dealt with professionally and switly. Included previous reviews below for candor. **** Since then, they have felt it prudent to ignore my emails requesting written confirmation of a conversation had on the phone in which I was assured everything would be ok with an issue, for them now to respond at a later date as though this conversation never happened and saying I basically have to like it or lump it. Not looking forwards to 2 years in this kind of relationship. Initial review: Dexter's Acton helped me find a wonderful new flat, and were speedy, efficient and super helpful to make sure both me and the landlord were 100% happy with our agreement. Lara was incredibly kind and endlessly helpful, making it one of the most painless rental agreements I've ever gone through!
