Sold my family's Chelsea flat through Dexters late last year (2021) and was very happy to work with Percy, Hugh and the team. Highly personable and pleasant to deal with—I always felt treated as an individual (and partner in the sale process) rather than just another punter. Good listeners, which is very important and in my experience quite rare. Also I found the wider support team at Dexters very responsive and on-the-ball (I never had to wait more than an hour for a reply to an e-mail or text...usually came within minutes). Bottom line: Really know their stuff and fought hard to get the highest price possible in a challenging market environment, including creative approaches to marketing and providing help and advice above and beyond the "call of duty" (e.g. helping with move / clearing flat etc.) Recommended!

Very impressed with a most professional approach by Charlie and Franky at the Chelsea Office. Although the property wasn't ready to be let with works being carried out, they happily persevered and conducted viewings. I was briefed after each viewing. They quickly secured a suitable tenant who moved in just as the refurbishments were completed. I could not have asked for a more professional service.
