Leo Monteiro – great work! Leo has been my property manager for the last 8 months. Always responsive, I have found him to be an effective communicator both over the phone and by e-mail, keeping me informed of everything that I need to do to ensure my tenants have a great experience renting my property. Relating to property works, he has always sourced a number of quotes to ensure any work being conducted is cost effective and I am getting quality and value for money. With a smaller property (1 bedroom flat) management and project fees can quickly mount and he has appreciated that this needs to be handled sensitively so that my choice in Dexter's as my management agent remains viable in a competitive marketplace - which it has since 2014. Whilst going through the most recent natural change of tenants, he has kept me informed of the suitability and status of the incoming tenants, whilst effectively managing the departure and administration relating to the outgoing ones. I have been with Dexters for several years as a landlord. Together we have generally had very good tenants. Both from a lettings perspective and more importantly from a landlords perspective, Dexters have built a relationship of trust with me. We have on one occasion had very difficult tenants and Dexters assistance in resolving the situation amicably was much appreciated. How they handled that situation and the many many years of managing my property without issue leads to the building up of the trust. Highly recommend Dexter Clapham South Office! - Especially Autumn Bailey, who assisted us in finding the perfect apartment match for us. After being on the look out for a new place, me and my partner met A LOT of letting agents. Autumn is hands down the most professional and reliable person we encountered. Instead of just showing us the property we contaced Dexter's for, she made a portfolio of properties with the desired qualities we were looking for. A lot of agents do this, but we experienced that most of the "other" apartments were the ones they had not been able to let, and therefore didn't fit our specs at all. Not the case with Autumn! We liked all the properties she viewed us - she also got all the viewings for the same day, around the same time, driving us from door to door. Making our time worth the while, something we greatly appreciate as two working professionals. Hands down our best experience with a letting agent.
