A.I recently used Dexters Dartmouth park to sell my property. I have used Dexters for sales and lettings in the past with great results so they seemed the obvious first port of call.
Branch manager Charlie Cockcroft personally came round to look at the property and have a chat. We had a really productive and candid conversation; his positivity and knowledge were impressive without being pushy or exaggerating (often the case in London).
Within days, all sales agents had seen the property, floorplan/photos were done, and viewings were underway. In under 2 weeks, offers were in and the sale is now well underway.
I would like to single out sales agent Jake Bobroff for special mention. He led the charge with great energy and tenacity. His attention to detail and attentiveness combined with great communication skills I feel got the sale over the line. He has been brilliant.

Any parent who has ever been involved with their children securing rental accommodation in London will not have good memories of the experience. Ours has been of dishonest and grasping landlords in cahoots with a small, local estate agent, who organises viewings by a group so that a sense of urgency is created. The ‘furnished’ property never includes the bedrooms, so that an extra tenant can be squeezed into that room that is legally too small. That extra tenant never signs the contract, which is also sent out late on a Friday afternoon, demanding instant action to secure the property before it’s offered to someone else. Then there’s the deposit which never seems to be lodged with an independent body. You will all have your own horror stories. Which is why we found dealing with the helpful, friendly and above all professional team at Dexter’s, Tufnell Park was a treat. This what Estate Agents are meant to be like. We cannot thank Dexter’s enough for restoring our sanity and even our faith in Estate Agents (well, any as good as Dexter’s) and in those whose properties they accept for rent. Particular thanks go to Jim Fryer, who saw everything through for us.
