Great overall experience with Dexters Marylebone. Special callout for Emily, the agent that I worked with throughout the letting process. Emily was absolutely lovely to work with -- she was incredibly kind and very informative about the apartment (i.e. proactively highlighted the security of the building, without me asking, which is almost always top of mind for a female tenant). She was also very efficient -- she reached out to me as soon as she heard about a listing that I might like and was able to let me in to view the listing the very next day. Additionally, when it came time to put in an offer, I appreciated that she was helpful and encouraging but not pushy. Lastly, she paid close attention to my questions and concerns throughout the process, which was great because I was able to get everything I wanted in my search. EDIT: Thank you to Deborah who subsequently pushed and ensured I had a fridge ordered sooner than the landlord's insurance planned on delivering one. She provided regular updates - calls and emails - throughout. - Whilst the sales team and move in process was incredibly efficient and impressive, the maintenance team is frustratingly poor at both solutions and communications. - My neighbours downstairs reported a water leak in December which required cracking tiles to access under the shower. Six weeks on, and the tiles still haven't been repaired. - My fridge freezer broke ten days ago, an engineer inspected it four days later and recommended replacement, not repairs. I just received a call from another company about an assessment for repairs tomorrow with no direct communication or explanation from Dexters. As things stand, it feels likely I'll approach over two weeks without a functioning fridge. - I received a call last year apologising for the poor quality of past service, and was given the name of someone else to message instead for any issues. She is now also unresponsive.

My experience with Cory and Luke (Dexters Marylebone) was exceptional. I had already been on roughly 35 viewings with a few other estate agents over the course of 1.5 weeks... being shown a lot of nonsense and general atrocities via bait and switch (I would inquire about a property and they would show me other properties instead). I was tired and about to give up on the process when Cory called. He had such a positive tone in his voice and he was certain there were 3 particular flats which would suit me. I don't know how he did it... but he somehow managed to convince me to go on a viewing the very next morning. To my surprise - all 3 flats were suitable, beautiful, and within my budget... but one flat in particular was exactly perfect.
