I have been using George Violaris and his team inc Jennifer Wratten,Michael Agbobu, Hayrie Mehmet for many years and they have let my 2 properties in St Johns Wood without fail each time. Thus thankfully I have not been exposed to any voids. The team is very focused in making sure the property is let at the appropriate rental figure and select carefully the tenants that they recommend If I have one issue it is the lack of communication between the team in St Johns Wood and the back office which is centralised elsewhere .The back office is notoriously slow and this has resulted in problems especially the collection of the 1st months rent on a new tenancy Overall I am very satisfied with the team in the St Johns Wood and would recommend them to all landlords in the area .
