I was reluctant to have a single agent advertise my property, thinking more agents = the quicker it gets rented out. Turns out, all Dexters needed was less than 24hrs before they found a tenant and the contract terms were agreed! The service I received from Jourdain was great - he looked after the process from start to finish - he was responsive, professional and extremely thorough, and from previous experience I've had elsewhere, I was waiting for something to fall through or a hiccup in the road, but it was smooth sailing until the end! I am so pleased with how things turned out, and without hesitation, will use Dexters again when the contract ends with my current tenants. Thanks Jourdain!
