It took time, but they persisted and ultimately managed to sell my flat at a reasonable price and I’m very thankful for that. We have been difficult and unusual clients as we have been on a different time zone for most of our dealings, and they have made it work.
Charlie went out of his way to look after us while looking at the property and made himself available to answer any questions we had.
Charlotte has gone out of her way to help us secure the property of our dreams, and if it were not for her patience and kindness this would not have been completed.
As with all successful companies it is the people who work there that make it stand out from the others. And for that reason i cannot recommend them highly enough.

In particular in recent months the team at Clapham and primarily Leah Nesbitt have provided stellar advice, guidance and support, and execution and knowledge on transactions from the point of placing the property on the market all the way through to completion.
Some clients have already advised me their prices are extremely competitive and Leah is so responsive and understanding to her clients.
Throughout my process to buy they were always on hand to deal with my queries and they were quick to chase any party required to ensure my instructions on price went through. Unfortunately I did not get the purchase but I would not hesitate to use them for any future sale purchase or letting service. I will be recommending their services to all friends and family.

We had been looking for a new flat for a while and had had some bad experiences with other estate agents and landlords recently so working with them was a breath of fresh air. We worked specifically with Sam Toufique who has been amazing. He took me around to see four different properties including one which I hadn't even requested a viewing for and that one ended up being the one that we are moving in to. Without his generosity in taking the time to take me to a property that he felt I would like we would not have found our new home. Since then Sam and the whole team have been very helpful and clear in the next steps to get done, including summary emails and reminder texts. When I rang the manager Guy with a question he found out what he could and got back to me the same day .They have made this a much simpler and less stressful process.

Georgia and Rory have been first class from start to finish and I am very glad that I switched to use Douglas & Gordon for my house sale. E. &. G. J.I will admit, I had initially started my sale with another agent who charged less and 'negotiated' on their fee to win us as clients...,WRONG DECISION WE MADE!! The other agent did nothing but reduce my price after a bloody 2 weeks!! I was on the market for 4 months with minimal viewings. As I popped in to the Ginger Pig, I thought let me see what other agents had to offer... I popped in to the office on Abbeville Road, met Georgia Jakstys, who was filled with enthusiasm and life. She got me excited again to sell and find a buyer. I was shocked to see how busy they were on their sales board and confused why my local agent was under performing.
Georgia actually put my property back on the market for MORE money, which I thought was banana's, but she believed in the market (which I know is tough) and she believed in my home and she made it her mission to prove to me why she and her team are the best. I paid more money with their fees, but I can honestly, say, even after their fees, I am now £53,000 better off than I was with the cheaper agent.. The old saying is true, you buy cheap, you buy twice. Georgia didn't lie when she said to me 'the fee is only relevant if the property is sold'.
I just want to say a massive thank you to Georgia. She has been such a great help in finding us a buyer for our property. Consistently consistent! She responded to us in the evenings, on Sunday's, first thing in the morning. Even on annual her annual leave! She has been a breath of fresh air and I am so happy we decided to go with D&G in the end, I don't know if we would have ever sold at such a great price in this market.
