M. B.My experience so far with D&G has been largely positive. Everyone who I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and professional. A special thanks to Ben for being so proactive when a new property came on the market that matched my search credentials. He called me straight away and was able to arrange a virtual viewing the following day (a lifeline when you’re not living in London!). Ben’s helpful guidance throughout the whole process, and his quick responsiveness to my messages has put me at ease. If you want an honest, efficient estate agent, look to Ben!
My only grievance was the initial setback in securing our property. In that, we were originally told our offer on a flat had been accepted, only to be told the following day we had lost the flat due to D&G putting forward a higher offer to the landlord which had been accepted instead. We were then be told, 3 days later, the flat was now available to us again as the other offer had fallen through. My advice to prospective tenants: don’t assume a property is yours until you sign a contract and a deposit has been paid.

. Firstly when I asked to make an appointment to view the flat , Ben was able to accommodate me at the same day in the space of 3 hours time !
During the viewing I expressed to Ben that I do like the property , but I had some concerns . Ben gave me enough time to explain my concerns . Having NOT the best experience for the last 6 months , where I put an offer and someone else put higher offer or the agents were poorly accessible to communicate , my worry now was that I might lose this offer again . I felt so relief when Ben provided me with the assurance that , if the offer gets agreed , it can be exclusively secured for me for two weeks , I cannot express enough how important that was for me .
Moreover on the same day by the afternoon my offer was already accepted and everything since is going very smoothly .
I was very impressed about Ben's professionalism and the way he is dealing with me from the first call . His approach was friendly , he was able to answer all my questions .

I have been very impressed with Laura. She has kept me fully informed of all their existing sales instructions as well as impending instructions. Laura instantly grasped our requirements and ensured that our time was never wasted in arranging viewings and providing accurate market information. I was able to communicate openly at all times and Laura was consistently knowledgeable and acutely attuned to both our needs and those of her vendor clients. The key quality that we found in our experience with Laura was her courteous and professional manner and her prompt responses to any questions - no matter how obscure. Laura also never attempted to second guess answers to important queries, which were unknown to her, and promptly provided accurate response soon afterwards.
