Let me talk about the conclusion first, this is a very good agent company. They have a very high work efficiency and a very friendly service attitude. I received a reply a few hours after I delivered my rental information to this company, which is very fast comparison to other rental companies. My agent is Serena. She is very friendly and can give me the information I want in time. The whole renting process is very smooth. She knows her business very well. Not only her, but the other two people in the store also showed a very friendly attitude. Although I don't know their names, I feel that they treat me like their friend. When I got the key, I asked him for the WIFI password of the room. He gave me the number of the apartment manager and told me that if I have any questions, I can contact him or the apartment manager. This shows that they have a clear division of labor, thereby ensuring the efficiency of the service. If you wish to have a great renting experience, go and find them.

The absolutely best agency I had experience in London. Overall Douglas and Steve has been my agent and introduced me several superb properties during the past few months and took initiative offering solutions, communicate with Landlord for better deals.
