While searching for flat to rent, I approached Douglas & Gordon to see if they had any listings that suited my search criteria. Hannah was in charge of handling my account. She was very responsive and professional, providing me with good options that were within my search criteria even when I had made known that I was also using other agents and had viewings lined up. She welcomed calls and never did I feel I was a nuisance with my smaller budget. She will give you the time of day and not rush through the phone call (I know I was semi-rambling at one point) even if she has a busy day ahead. In the end I found a place with another agent but I feel I should thank Hannah and the team in this branch of Douglas & Gordon for really treating me as a valued customer.

I am generally happy w the service Ellie provided to landlords like me. I do however have an incident last autumn to relate. My tenant had complained of a leaking showerhead and tap. I do have a plumbing repair policy w Homeserve which the previous manager Josh Wilson had utilised to solve problems like this. However last autumn I was presented w a 650 GBPplus bill for the call out for diagnosis n eventual repair. I could easily hv saved the money if Ellie had called Homeserve first.
