These guys are a sort hybrid offering all of the tools, exposure and contacts that you would expect from a top high street firm combined with the exclusivity of a personal/bespoke approach.

I have searched for a property to buy for over two years, and have met many property agents in all forms, shapes and personalities. When I found the property to buy through Stephen, all I wanted was a smooth, transparent and quick transaction, right from the start when my offer is made – and Stephen gave me just that. Due to the pent up demand in the housing market in late 2020, there were huge delays from all sides - surveyors, solicitors, banks etc. I couldn’t have done it alone within my ideal timeframe – Stephen was very proactive and communicative throughout the process, he got things going and done! A highly stressful process has been made a lot easier, and I will never hesitate to get Stephen involved again when I move home in future.
