I am renting a 2 bed flat in Wood Green from Eureka agency for over 13 YEARS now! Agency and the landlord are exceptionally. Any issue or problem with the flat was always solved within the agreed time frame and there was no problems with communication between us. If anything gets old or broken they will replace without making problems. Washing machines, electricity, leakages, broken tabs. All solved. They have even bought dehumidifier for issues with a dump and mould which is a huge problem in the area. Also couple years ago they have completely renovate bathroom. Moreover, they are not using ‘sneaky tactics’ or put rent massively up like other agencies do. Whenever you have problems in your life or when recent lockdown hit our pockets and health they are always for you trying together to find a solution to resolve things. The atmosphere is more kind of family vibe and that is hard to find among businesses in London. Very lucky to be their tenant and highly recommended them and my landlord to help you find a dream apartment.

Eureka have been extremely helpful and processed tenancy request so quickly that I was able to collect the keys within a week of viewing the property. They have also been very responsive to queries and when I needed something moved they sent out a maintenance man within an hour who sorted the problem and helped me with my meter.
