Hamead was absolutely amazing. He worked really hard for me and stuck to everything he said. Better than any other estate agent I have my house on with. All of them wasted my time for years. Hamead was the only one who brought me someone serious and we were there. The deal didn’t happen and it wasn’t any fault to his own but the stupid buyers. Vishal on the other hand was completely the opposite he behaved like a complete idiot and made the whole process unecessarily protracted. If anyone is looking for a house on Kensington Square contact Hamead and I have every confidence in him.

Neil Probert at Felicity J Lord - Islington Branch I contacted Felicity J Lord after seeing one of their properties online and was luckily connected to Neil who speedily arranged a viewing for later that day. After dealing with 10+ agents over the last month, Neil was a breath of fresh air. After a brief chat following our first viewing he seemed to hone in on exactly what we were looking for. He didn't waste our time like other agents had: every property he showed us had great potential in our eyes and merited serious consideration. His communication was excellent, he was punctual at every appointment, incredibly knowledgable about the local area, and his Valuer's background sets him apart from lot of the other agents I'd dealt with. Although I ended up finding my current property directly, he'll be my first call if I find myself looking again.

I had a good experience starting a tenancy with Felicity J Lord, they were very quick to move us in (viewed the property on Tuesday, had the keys by Friday). The flat was in good condition upon moving in. I would've liked to have paid slightly less for the check in fees but this does include inventory done by an independent company which is somewhat handy. The only negative was that my details were passed along to a contents cover insurance company which I opted out of so I think these processes need improving as tenants details must be getting passed along automatically. Their cover was about £150/year more than their competitors so I think the commission must be fairly high for their cover! It's a shame about this really as this was the only negative part of the experience I had.

We had a really horrible experience with a first set of estate agents, so switched to FJ Lord, and we’re so incredibly glad that we did. Guy Williamson took a lot of time to support us in early decisions and gave us good advice at every point. Once we had a buyer, James-Spencer Price worked tirelessly to get the sale (which was quite bumpy) through and put up with endless chases and anxious phone calls (including on his day off!) with extremely good humour. Everyone else we dealt with was kind and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone selling. Would probably warn against FJ Lord’s conveyancers though. They were acting for the buyer (so this is with the caveat that we didn’t have direct contact with them), and seemed a disaster (losing emails, apparently ignoring their own client for weeks at a time, requesting document they’d already been sent).
