Efficient, professional, patient with well mannered. As a tenant, my rental experience was smooth and fast. I was able to complete the process, from making offer to moving in in less than 2 weeks. My agent Sade Salau is very patient in answering all my questions and efficiently helped me to follow up any situation I had encountered. All of their staff are also very professional, helpful and well mannered. I am satisfied with their service and highly recommend to other tenants.

I could not recommend Felicity J Lord enough. Both Sade Salau and Sarah Kelsey have been an incredible help guiding me through the letting process. Both have been professional, clear and quick to respond to all requests. I also cannot thank Sarah Kelsey enough for spotting personal documents outside my property on the day of my move. Sarah called me out of business hours as soon as she noticed the papers and gathered my personal information for me which had been accidentally left on the street creating a potential security risk. This was certainly above and beyond the call of duty! I would certainly recommend Sade and Sarah if you are looking to rent out or find a new property.. Absolute dream team!
