Jack Abel was absolutely incredible from start to finish - super genuine, honest, proactive and never pushy. I've lived in one of Findlay's properties for almost 2.5 years and I can honestly say it was the best renting experience I've ever had. We always received instant replies, issues were often fixed within 2 days - even issues that weren't necessarily the agent's problem (like painting the walls a nicer colour or putting in a new floor) were taken care of. The team always made us feel like they cared and their service felt very warm and personal. Would highly recommend!

He was honest about the properties and showed them in their best light and didn't try and pressure us into making a decision or pull the wool over our eyes, the way some other agencies have tried to do (which is just offputting!). We felt in extremely safe hands with Jack and he was always prompt to reply to mesages and answer questions. We put an offer forward on one of the properties which unfortunately wasn't accepted due to a no-pets clause in the lease. Our experience was very positive. The office is full of reliable and efficient staff who are happy to help. The checkout was equally efficient, and we received our deposit back much more quickly than any of us have experience before.
