Fletchers is very good at carrying out punctual and thorough 6 month review visits to my rental flat. This meant that Bridget picked up a problem with the current tenants (who were letting their child draw on the newly repainted walls!) that she is now busting a gut to nip in the bud and resolve before it becomes a real issue. Having previously managed the properly myself, I so appreciate the luxury of having someone else look after my problems for me.

An incredibly professional and dedicated team that goes over and above whether you're a renter or a landlord. They know the area inside out and are realistic about costs and rental rates on both sides of the renting fence. They look to build and maintain a relationship rather than to simply get the deal done. As a landlord in particular, I have complete faith that they will match the right tenant with our property and will always be on hand to help with any issues and advice along the way. They also have a strong team administrating behind the scenes which removes the likelihood of problems throughout a tenancy. They are proactive, cheerful and efficient and I really like working with them both as landlord and renter.
