We recently purchased a property that was advertised through Foxtons. Sam McCaig was the agent dealing with the sale and he was superb throughout. At various stages of the sale, the process stalled, predominantly due to solicitors not providing/following up on information. Time after time, Sam took charge of the situation and shuttled between the parties until the issue was resolved. We were delighted with Foxtons throughout and would certainly use them to sell our property when the time comes.

I would like to especially thank Harrison for renting us our place. My partner found the place and it was a dream house for her. Harrison came in contact with us a day after we mentioned that we are interested in the property. He managed to arrange a viewing very quickly and got us the place within a few days. I cannot even begin to describe how fast and helpful he was even when he was not in the office and it wasn't his responsibility to reply to messages and emails after work but he still did because of how stressed we initially were with the process. The property is in a great location and is also very good for it's price, we were actually shocked. It was also cleaned and it looked like new. We thought that renting a house would be a huge hassle but Harrison made it feel like it was the easiest thing one could do.
