Gabor Szucsik at Foxtons helped us find our property as first time buyers. We spent weeks looking at numerous properties with various different agents, but Gabor was the only one to actually listen to our requirements and took the opportunity to drive us round and show us multiple places in one evening. He even offered to drive us home after which was very sweet! Throughout the whole buying process, he has been so helpful, replying to emails in literally minutes and following up with phone calls. He's also been instrumental in chasing our solicitors and the seller's solicitors which has been a great help. Whenever we had questions for the sellers, he was straight on the phone to them/emailed them to get an answer. We needed a document signing urgently and Gabor drove round to the sellers' property, got them to sign, and then posted the document straight away for us. He made us feel like we were his only/most important client. He is a credit to Foxtons and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you, Gabor!

As a first time renter, it’s been an absolute headache to navigate the renting process, especially having started from abroad. Luke, however, was brilliant. He explained to me on the first day everything I needed to know, while being very honest at the same time. He gave me options and looked for something I might like, even with the lack of properties available. While other real estate agents failed to return my calls or flat out had nothing for me, Luke was always incredibly responsive and professional. Even after moving in, Luke has continued to personally look into certain issues that have popped up. I highly recommend his services, and would gladly work with him again.

However in some cases when we had issues that the vendor had to sort out, we were being pushed to just accept he situation as it is so we can exchange contracts ASAP, and we didn’t like that, as these were issues that had to be resolved, and in the case of an expensive purchase like a flat we cannot be accepted to just fudge over some problems and hope for the best.

Foxtons provided me with a very positive experience. Although they were unable to find a place suitable for my needs and budget, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to be reassuring and supportive. In particular, James, explained the situation clearly and offered to keep in touch if anything came up. Their fees are expensive, they charge a one time fee of £420 + other admin charges. Most of their properties tend to be higher, which is just fine for people with a bigger budget.
