I worked with Blair from the Finchley office and out of all of the estate agents I've interacted with, nobody comes as close to his level of knowledge, responsiveness and finding properties to suit his clients. We recently departed from a property that Foxtons were attempting to let out to new tenants. This review essentially has two parts as I cannot leave two reviews. Firstly, I wanted to give justified praise to Adam at Foxtons North Finchley for being a real credit to the company. He was unfailingly polite, organised and always kept me up to date with viewings and cancellations, etc. He also understood our slightly awkward situation of having a young child so last minute viewings were not really acceptable. He was also the ONLY member of the Foxtons team who made a really serious effort to actually promote the qualities of the flat and location to applicants. Adam gets a big 5/5 from us and we appreciated his professional approach throughout! However, as a whole I am struggling to offer anything beyond a 2 or 3 out of 5 for Foxtons and how they managed the necessary viewings to let the flat out to new tenants. It seemed as if the flat was a free-for-all for all Foxtons employees across the entirety of their north London operations to constantly barrage me with emails, calls and last minute requests for viewings. It was a full fortnight of painful hassle as I couldn't just let random strangers come round all the time when my wife was alone at home with our toddler. It was extremely stressful and in my view quite unprofessional. In the end, I had to speak to our (helpful and understanding) landlord and ask that all future viewings be conducted through one Foxtons office and ideally only one or two members of staff at that office. Things did improve markedly at that point and most of the coordination and future viewings ultimately went through Adam. So the situation was resolved, but it took a complaint to the landlord to get there unfortunately... P.S. Thanks again Adam, you did a great job!

I've had really great experience with Foxtons Estate Agency. Raston managed to show me 5 properties in 3 hours, which I really appreciated and I've never experienced similar approach in any other agency so far. Finding a property is a difficult process and I don't usually get to see more than one or two properties in a single day because of the huge distances and transport options in London especially when I was looking into moving to a different area. All the properties I've seen that day were very close to my conditions and preferences, some were even better than my expectations. Raston is a very well organized agent and a great communicator, he was able to adapt to the situation when I was short on time of moving in and performed 120% even under COVID circumstances. The agency is really good while you are looking for a place. But the service worsens as soon as you sign in papers and move into your place. They won't help contacting the landlord for repairs or be the mediator between you and your landlord and take no action unless it regards the contract ( the legal part of it and renewals). But they will surely find a place quite quick for you....
