Me and my partner found a wonderful 1 bedroom flat in the Westbourne Park area which was advertised by Foxtons at an extremely reasonable price. Charlie, our lettings negotiator, was very helpful through the whole process, from the viewing to getting our offer accepted by the landlady. Referencing, signing contracts and making payments was all very easy and smooth with Foxtons' online portal. On the day of the move-in, we opened the door to our stunning flat, and found brand new furniture, brand new wooden flooring, and the flat was in brand new, spotless condition. There were 1-2 minor issues (which is normal at the start of a tenancy), but as soon as we informed Foxtons, they had someone attend the flat within 2 hours of us informing them, on a Saturday morning as well! Overall couldn't be happier with our experience, highly recommend to anyone looking for their next rental!

I had very little time to do these viewings, but Natalie Simpkin was very accomodative and she managed to show me 9 properties over 2 days in a total of just 2.5 hours. I was lucky to get José Bailao as he has been at the company for 11 years and knows what he is talking about. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me the best options available. I contacted Foxtons to help find tenants for my property and to provide advice on refurbishment and furiishings. Liz Nowak came to the property and provided me with very useful advice about what to do or not to do in terms of refurbishment. she also provided advice on the appropriate rent bracket according to the month the property was to be put on the market. After the property was complete, she provided me with updates on viewings. I would have liked more regular upates to reassure me that there was interest in the property. when I mentioned this to Liz, she responded favourably and provided more frequent updates. About a month after the property emerged on the rental market, I discovered that major works in the flat above were scheduled, which I feared would make it difficult to find tenants. However, Foxtons put together a rent reduction proposal and succeeded in securing a reasonable long, term tenancy.
