The sale wasn't straightforward, but Gary was always professional and helpful without being smarmy and fake, he's a can-do man and a great people person. He was also reliable, works crazy hours and good at keeping me up to date with weekly phone calls, which I wouldn't expect as our pokey flat won't have been the most exciting property on his list.
