We had a good selling experience with Foxtons. The staff were polite and kept in contact. They explained everything to us as we went along. The photography made our flat look great!

I used Foxtons at every stage of my property search, from the initial viewings across London right through to purchasing in Stoke Newington. Their online portal was extremely useful and viewings were organised promptly, no matter the area or agent. When it came to a specific property, Foxtons represented the seller on my property purchase, but Filipe was an asset to the company, on hand to answer any and all queries, as well as helping to advance the transaction when solicitors weren't as clued up on local knowledge, which saved several weeks of delay. As a first-time buyer, this was essential and really demystified the process of purchasing a property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Foxtons Stoke Newington to anyone looking to transact in the area.

27/3/21 the property is vacant, 21/5/21 instruct Foxtons to market the property at £ 700,000 after 8 weeks passed price reduced by 5% to £ 665,000. 28/7/21 offer accepted at £ 650,000 and exchanged on 5/11/21 with late completion till 2/12/21.
