I can't speak for Foxtons as a whole, as we ended up choosing another property, but this review is to thank Hena for her excellent customer service. We saw a number of properties with Hena this past weekend and she was the most attentive and responsive agent we met during our search. She did a phenomenal job of helping us view properties between Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs and Wapping even managing to get access for properties that are not usually shown during weekends. Unfortunately we choose to go with another flat that was not represented by her office, but when we are in the market again, we will definitely reach out to her! Thank you :)

I cannot rave enough about fabulous Nneka has been in my flat search. Despite giving her really difficult criteria, she was able to find me several properties, and she accompanied me to each one fully equipped with the notes on each place and prepared for any question. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and truthfully I really enjoyed visiting properties with her as she's a lovely, lovely girl, incredibly patient and a great laugh (and a very good driver!). We had a call with Nneka about our property search, we were amazed by how many questions she asked us so she can find the perfect house. We've been looking at houses and going out fro viewings with a lot of agents so far (at least 20 different agents), but none were as devoted and profesional as Nneka. Would really recomand anyone who wants to buy a house to go trough her. Usually agents are just curios how may bedrooms you want and that's it, she asked us what size would we prefer for the bedrooms, how big we would like the garden how much square feet we would like the house to have... She really takes her time to understand what you're after and doesn't take you to irelevant properties. And it was the first time when after a viewing we went back to the office and she asked for our feedback, usually agents just call after 2-3 days.
