John and his team did a fantastic job of selling our house. Previously we'd had it on the market for six months with another agent and got virtually no interest whatsoever and zero support. Fromes gave us a valuation that was bang on, and we sold at the first open house. They have been incredibly supportive all the way through the process, and they know the area really well. Unlike other agents who just seem interested in getting the listing, Fromes actually put the effort in. I can't recommend them highly enough.

An extremely professional and friendly team for an outstanding service. Fromes sold my flat in London despite several tricky challenges, with ongoing efforts and enthusiasm they went above and beyond my expectations. Living abroad, I struggled prepping the flat for sale and dealing with major works undertaken by freeholders Haringey Council. Fromes' personal touch extended to items such as granting property access to the council, arranging a door lock change, up to taking meter readings so I could pay my bills etc. They basically did whatever was needed to sell the flat and I felt totally taken care of. Communication was flowing and easy, they kept me well informed on progress with viewings, were firm in negotiating the best selling price for my flat and still active throughout the conveyancing process. The few estate agents I had come across before had made me feel like just another client, Fromes is way above that and teaming up with them was a pleasure.

A great experience all round. Always friendly, and gave us the most accurate valuation at our initial visit. They offered us a very competitive rate, but nonetheless did a great job with photographing and marketing the house. John showed great local expertise and offered good advice (we wish we'd gone with the lawyer he recommended instead of one we found online!). After agreeing a price with the buyer, Fromes did a good job helping us coordinate with the buyer and our respective solicitors. I can recommend them unreservedly.

I found John and the team to be extremely proactive and efficient, providing an individually tailored service. John sold my house to the first person to view it (in excess of the asking price), conducting a preliminary viewing, before I’d even made a decision about which Estate Agent I was going to use to market my property! I think the whole process from accepting the offer to completion took approximately 6 weeks, which during a pandemic is remarkable. As a student, trying to find a flat in London was difficult and we had our fair share of experiences with disappointing estate agents. Fromes, however, were incredible. TLDR; Fromes is excellent, we had a good experience buying a flat from them and would use them again to sell. 5/5 would recommend to a friend. My girlfriend and I completed on a flat during the Covid-19 lockdown period which should have been very difficult/impossible but thanks to Fromes going the extra mile it went ahead. From the start the flat viewing was excellent, Milena met us at the property despite us asking for it at very short notice and at the end of her working day when she easily could have said no. She was very informative and from there we put an offer in. Then John helped us handle the paperwork side of things but lockdown started and things became difficult because solicitors, removal companies and everything else closed down. Despite that, John kept in contact with us, helping us where he could and went way above what I would expect - without him the completion would not have happened when it did and no doubt we'd still be waiting for solicitors to sort themselves out.

He was so helpful and personal, and helped me find the right flat for me within my budget and time frame.
