We had a fantastic experience with Fuller Gilbert. A big thank you to the team and Jay especially. We used to have some extremely frustrating experience with another agency until we came to Fuller Gilbert. Compare to other agencies, they really put themselves into your shoes in the process to provide us with both professional and genuine information. I've worked with Matthew, Jay and Grant over the last 4+ years as a buyer and seller. They are all professional. They are super pro-active without being pushy. Matthew in particular has shown a zen like level of patience with our search (and sale). Equally as a seller, their professional marketing and hard work saw us achieving multiple offers above the asking price. Finally, I love just how straightforward their written agreement is - you don't need a magnifying glass to read the terms and conditions, and a contract lawyer to explain it to you.

If you want to work with a proactive and honest real estate agent Grant Fuller is absolutely the person you are looking for! My husband and I settled on purchasing in the area earlier this year and as a result ended up meeting with several different real estate agents by the nature of the different listings we were interested in. Grant really stood out against his competition by going above and beyond to stay in touch regularly, communicate openly and at no point did we feel a hard sell or any pressure to buy from his inventory - just a genuine interest in matching us with the best possible property for our needs and likewise for his sellers. Having lived in Wimbledon & Raynes Park for the last 15 years I can’t speak highly enough of the service offered by Jay Collins at Fuller Gilbert. We’ve moved twice within the local area. Jay worked tirelessly on our last move into the “Apostles” area selling our maisonette in Kingston Road and dealing with our purchase on Bronson Road. Jay’s knowledge of the local area is second to none, having contacted several of the rival local agents to manage our sale, it was his superior knowledge & clear but warm selling style that left us in no doubt he’d be the right person to sell our property. His valuation was spot on, not inflated with the intent to flatter & his matching of potential buyers helped us achieve an above asking price sale in less than 2 weeks that exceeded our expectations.
