I highly recommend Grand Estates. They helped find a flat to rent. Michelle organised the viewing to suit my schedule. Although I must admit that we were nervous to work with 'not a known brand', however Michelle's mannerism, patience and response to all our queries was a clear winner. She was able to offer us bespoke services to win our trust unlike any 'well known brands'. This difference was a clear winner for me because it gave us a lot of flexibility in the way we could deal. Michelle was also very respective of our privacy when we asked for some time to consider our decision to let. Once we were ready, the wheels were back in motion very quickly. She negotiated a very good offer on our behalf. The best part of this deal was the responsiveness up to the 'post move-in' point despite the fact that Grand Estates were not responsible for property management. Michelle has ever since always been available for help and escalation whenever required. This is truly a first class service which you may never come across when using well known brands. We wrote to them about the place we ended up getting late on a Saturday evening and received a reply early Sunday morning, which we weren't expecting. The agent who replied to us was Zeinab, who blew us away with how fast and professional she was. After dealing with various estate agents during our search for a new place we were overjoyed to receive such quality correspondence. We met her on Monday afternoon at the flat and put down the deposit right away. She arranged everything very quickly, confirming our application with our landlord before we even got home from the viewing, and calling us right away to confirm the landlord accepted. We were kept in the loop well during the paperwork process too. It was a refreshingly pleasant agency experience overall, if you've rented in London before you know how rare that can be. Both Matthew and Michelle Whittle has set a new standard in estate agency. From understanding my needs, Matthew found my perfect home. Michelle had then proceeded to market the property, (as it was a buy to let investment) using a professional photographer at no additional cost, she showed my home in its best light! Michelle also showed prospective tenants around and gave me feedback following each viewing. Michelle found my tenant(s) days of me finalising completion. Communication was excellent and I was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours. There were hiccups as all house sales do, but honestly without Matthew there to guide and support me I doubt I would have been able to purchase the property.
