M. L.A difficult house sale for an elderly relative for whom we had power of attorney was made easy and less stressful by Grimshaws. They found a buyer extremely quickly, checked the status of the buyer and liaised with both sets of solicitors throughout . Their staff were tactful and concerned .They understood the need for speed given the health needs of our relative, and coped sensitively and competently at all stages of the process which, given that we live 100 miles, away was essential for our sanity ! We would not hesitate to recommend them.
t.Myself and my partner have recently been working closely with Liz at Grimshaw & Co for a property purchase in Ealing. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and we were really pleased to have found a property through them. Any questions that we had were dealt with promptly and professionally, and we felt great throughout the whole process.
