I have recently moved to apartment at Battersea Reach. Apartment is great for it's price, good condition, big area, quiet, access to Thames riverside, have also access to nurseries, shops, pharmacy etc. Service from agency was very good, no objections so far, guys are very responsive and helpful. Agency provides help with offering handyman that helps with any maintenance issues. There is also internal website that helps to track payments, documents, maintenance reports etc. I found it very helpful. This review related to agency service, the quality of the property and not related to the development or other stuff that agency have no control over. Note that agency cover a large area and work different apartments. This is my personal experience.

Selling a property from the other side of the world on another time zone is never going to be an easy task but HG Property managed it seemlesly even when extreme and unforeseen circumstances caused our original sale to fall through, they had the property immediately back on the market and secured a matching offer from another interested party within days. You get a completely personalised service, and Charlotte is always there at end of an email or telephone, immediately responding to any issues. In fact I sold my apartment 2 years ago through them, and then continued to rent the same property from them. Selling was so easy, it was just one phone call and Oli had worked his magic. My new property management company have already shown how it should not be done, taking ages to reply and generally not very helpful or supportive - you are just one of hundreds of tenants each individual property agent has to look after (mine tells me she has 300!) H+G are just not like this, they are akin to a family, so accessible and easy to work with. I miss them already. If you are keen to rent or buy in the Battersea Reach area, try finding a property through them first.
