Just wanted to share my experience of dealing with Hamptons and our property agent Sal. He went above and beyond what we were expecting, giving us multiple options and clarity on what was proving to be a very volatile market. While we were having trouble speaking to and booking viewings with other agencies. Sal was able to show us 3 good options at more reasonable prices. He was efficient and very professional and we would recommend for anyone looking in the SW area.

My husband and I have just completed on the purchase of a flat we will 'downsize' into from our family home of 34 years. I met Alex Finch in the early stage of this important search, and through him saw a myriad of fascinating flats. Our 'must have' list was not easy to fulfill. I recently let a property through Hamptons International's Fulham office, and received really great customer service from the letting agent, Jay, and administrator, Ellie. I travelled to London with just two days to find a house to let for my family for the next two years. I was unfamiliar with London, the neighborhood of Fulham, and the UK system for letting houses. On top of that, several other letting agents from other estate agencies that I had been in touch with from the United States proved unreliable and untrustworthy. Jay quickly put me at ease, listened to my needs, and showed me properties that actually met my criteria. After I settled on a property, he worked quickly to close the deal so that I could go back to the United States in confidence that I had the property in hand. He even arranged for a second viewing, lent me a measuring tape, and helped me measure the rooms so that I could figure out which of my furniture to send to London. On top of that, he was extremely responsive to requests and questions about the house once I returned to the U.S., working with the landlords to get me prompt and helpful answers.
