I was dreading having to find a new tenant suddenly in the middle of the pandemic, but the Hampstead branch of Hamptons came through with a couple of prospective tenants in a matter of days and were fantastic throughout the whole process at such a tough time. I can’t recommend them enough as a landlord. Thanks to Stefano for talking me through the general industry situation at the start. And a huge thanks to Louise - easily the most responsive, professional and friendly property agent I’ve ever dealt with. She’s a superstar!

Josh Allen was fabulous. He asked our requirements and organised a couple of viewings. One of these would have worked but wasn't perfect. It would have been so easy for Josh to have thought he'd done enough, even though he knew the place wasn't a 100% fit for us. Then he told us about another place that might be a possible, given some negotiation. He spoke to the owner, she was in favour of moving ahead and we ended up getting the PERFECT place for our stay. Estate agents sometimes get a bad reputation, but I would definitely work with Josh again, no hesitation. Oh and if ever he moves from Hampton's I'd like to know so we can take our business to him again.
