My husband and I were searching for a new flat and decided to pop into the various estate agents around Kensal Green. Agent after agent told us that their lettings team were unavailable and would call us back (of course they didn't). The last shopfront we came to was Greene & Co and we had the very good fortune of meeting Luis. It would be an understatement to say that he was helpful - I have moved many times and never come across someone with so much knowledge about London postcodes, flat layouts, council tax etc etc. We left Greene & Co with much more clarity about where we were going to look, how much we should pay in rent and how much we should save to buy and what we would and wouldn't settle for. Luis stayed in contact with us to arrange viewings. He often got in touch with properties that were a really close match to our criteria and when there was a compromise he was completely honest and had often thought through how we could work with/around it (afterall don't all London properties have at least one snag!?). I have seldom thought that an agent wanted the right outcome for the renter but with Luis I believe that he is committed to matching renters to the right flat/home and everything flows from that. Furthermore, Luis' communication was always helpful and his manner personable and warm. In a strange turn of events our current flat became much more affordable and so we didn't actually make the move but if we're ever in the market again I will definitely be checking Luis' availability (and it sounds like everyone else will too). The prospect of moving, for me was a really stressful and anxiety-filled one and I'm just hugely grateful to Luis for making it easier, finding us great properties and just being a great guy! Hopefully Greene & Co know that they have an absolute star in Luis and I'm sure he'll do really well.

My name is Maria and recently I have been searching for a property to rent facing quite time pressured timelines. I had over 25 viewings all around London before I reached by chance Greene & Co agency simply through the Google Search. I called the agency and described my pretty specific search criteria: i wanted a nice and light brand new property in central London for a pretty affordable price, which I really struggled to find so far. From the very first moment I was dealing with the manager - Natalie Latus who was spot on straight away. After I gave Natalie the description of my dream house she replied that they have something what is exactly matching my criteria. Usually real estate agents try to keep your interest and always say "there is something for you", but unlikely to a usual case Natalie found straight away the property which was exactly what I wanted. The full service from the very first conversation via phone and the very first viewing up until the whole contract arrangements, my moving in date and start of living in that property was smooth, professional, very well-organized, and no matter what the ongoing challenges were from my side Natalie fantastically helped to sort out everything and always been very supportive. I have to say that Greene & Co was by far the best real estate agency I ever dealt with in London. I had quite a number of renting experiences but the service and agency support was never as great as here.
