I was very shocked that it was not open until 11am, also find it very pretentious for most shoppers to enter, with alot off staff not being very helpful unless your a celebrity. My money is as good as anyone else's if not as much.

Wether or nor you can buy very expensive stuff, if you are in london, you can't miss to visit Harrods. It is an interesting building either outside and inside. The superbrands' corridor is very elegant and design wise interesting. A place to visit after you have been in the nearest Natural and Science museums.

Allow me to say what a great consultant "Jack" is. He is able to fill an international client with enthusiasm about a beautiful beautiful place. At the same time he is reasonable and honest. I also had very short dealings with "Reem" who was very professional too. I am very much impressed with this Harrods Estate Agency. Staff is the most precious and valuable asset of any company. Here I have the felling that staff is proud of their work, task and performance. I contacted the office and was offered the finest properties that have not even been published on the Internet. GREAT.

My wife and I recently retired and decided to spend a year in London. We had spent a lot of time looking at flats on-line but when we were here in October I popped into Harrods Brompton Rd. office and met Aaron Hopkins. He understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us three lovely flats in a building. We selected one and have now been here almost two weeks and love it The entire experience from Aaron to his letting coordinator Emelia to the agent in charge of day to day Monica has been a dream. Now if it will only warm up a bit.....
