I had previously let my property via a different agency who did an ok job but I had errors on my lease which only came to light when there was an issue. Needless to say my perception of the industry was pretty negative. My sister subsequently introduced me to Hawkes. They not only offer, but are able to deliver a reliable, efficient and knowledgeable service. I dealt (and continue to deal) with Charlie, who has excellent market knowledge and is always on hand to give advice and reassurance should it be needed. My property is advertised on the relevant sites within hours of the instruction being given and he runs the entire process with the minimum of input from myself. Once my property is on the market, I receive numerous cold calls from agents wanting to take it on and in the past I would have given it to them. Now, I call Charlie and know with confidence that everything will be taken care of with the minimum of fuss and excellent results. Simples!
