After struggling almost 1 month with other agencies during the worst period to find a place in London and at the time we were totally hopeless to find a flat, we met with Dov and as of the first day, Dov understood our needs and expectations and after that he sent us proper alternatives accordingly. One of the most distinctive success of Dov is that as an agent he follows you and brings the most matching option to you so you do not have to follow him and ask if there is any flat recently came into the market etc. He is already there for you and wants to make you happy with a proper solution and alternative. They have been extremely accommodating in all stages of the rental, in particular with arranging multiple viewings both during the day and evening when I am sure they would much prefer to be at home on the sofa with a cup of tea!
