For the first time in my life I had to find a flat to rent while abroad and it was very hard to find an agency I could trust and it was wiling to do the work. I've found Intra-Capital on a whim and it worked perfectly! Themis was happy to help (even though the communication was sometimes flawed due to time differences, etc). It took us a while to get it somewhere (again, time differences in place) but I sure could trust them and I moved in headache free, which is the most important thing in this process! SO far so good.
