We used Ivan Sargent Property Services to move into our first rental property in Wimbledon. As this was our first move, Ivan and Celine were both extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They were completely transparent with us from viewing the flat to signing the contract, making sure we knew where our application was up to at each stage. They were very approachable and always around to answer any questions or issues we had. We would not hesitate to use them in the future if it came to it and although they are a small team, they managed everything professionally.

Their screening methods ensure the flats are rented to the right tenant usually after one viewing. Ivan and Celine make a great team and are always available to answer questions and clarify issues. We used this agency for about 2 1/2 years for a lovely flat in Wimbledon. Everything was good. move in was smooth. There was lots of documents to make sure everything was clear. The staff were always easy to get hold of. They were open and honest about everything. Celine was always good at getting repairs done quickly and to good standard. If we wanted to be in when the repairers came to the flat, that was also ok. So all was good. The move out was also managed smoothly. And we got our full deposit back. Could not have wanted more. Just moved for new jobs. So would recommend them to anyone.

I rented a 1 bedroom property from Ivan Sargent Property Services for just over 3 years. They were very good. They looked after all the problems really quickly which was really appreciated. i was worried when my front door lock was broken because I was a single female living on my own. they got it fixed really quickly. The boiler and leak were also fixed quickly. And I got my full deposit back as well!!! I only left because I had to move away from London. Would definitely use them again.

I have rented from Ivan for the past 18 months and have been impressed by the service that he and Celine offers. They have both been very professional and polite to work with, which makes working with a smaller agency a much more appealing moving forward. Ivan made himself available to us whenever we needed and was prompt in returning any queries we asked of him. (Even late on Saturday night when we locked ourselves out of our electricity cupboard.) Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I am moving to another area, but I would recommend Ivans services to anyone moving to the Wimbledon area.

We rented a flat in Wimbledon from this agency and have only just left after a couple of years there. We would highly recommend them. First of all, everything was explained to us very clearly and nothing was left out. Then it was put in writing so that we could check everything - twice! All the documentation was easy to understand. The repairs were done quickly and easily. PLenty of notice was given. Fortunately there weren't many needed. Our telephone calls were sometimes well outside of normal office hours but they were still picked up. The staff were always listening and polite and trying their best. The move out was also painless by using an independnet inventory company who made everything fair. We over paid our rent by mistake and got that back quickly. As I said, we would highly recommend this agency to anyone.
