We changed our estate agents to Jacksons having previously been with another local agent for several months without any credible offers. We were really impressed by the professionalism and attention we received from Jacksons, particularly from Caspian in their Earlsfield office who was excellent throughout.
Jacksons hit the ground running and we immediately had lots of viewings. They were upfront and honest with us about the feedback we were receiving and the suggestion to lower the price resulted in us finding a buyer within the week.
We were fortunate to be able to complete on the last day of the stamp duty holiday which created a number of challenges along the way. Caspian drove the whole process and it was largely because of his persistence that we were able to get the deal over the line.

Immediately after COVID – “lock down 1” we put our beloved family home on the market for sale, this in accordance with Dad’s wishes and will. We really needed a fast sale, but with the certainty that it would go through smoothly, and with good solid purchasers.
Caspian, the manager of the branch, visited the property. He suggested an excellent asking price that was fair to all parties, which we accepted. Within days, his team had arranged the marketing, and an average of 5 viewings per day until we had 4 four solid offers on the table, within seven days!
Caspian and I then met to assess the offers based on the usual criteria, but most importantly; the financial certainty of the offer. We made the right choice and the sale went through without a hitch, much to the delight of all the interested parties and we moved out at the end of September 2020, just before COVID – “lock down 2”, which was a real great relief.
